This past year, we were able to place 25 of our brave Veterans into permanent housing with wrap around services such as case management, mental health and substance abuse counseling, as well as workforce development. We are also extremely proud that we were able to lay the groundwork to launch an alumni program this year.

Many of our Veterans who successfully completed our program are eager and proud to return and mentor their brothers from the armed services in navigating this new opportunity to rebuild their lives at LVS...”

Veterans Village

“Liberation Veteran Services is pleased to share this update on our Campaign for Veterans Village, a three phased affordable housing community which will be located on Midlothian Turnpike.

Phase 1  will be our supportive housing facility. In this facility (38 micro-apartments), we will continue the great work we are doing on Hull Street, except instead of barracks style living, we will now be offering our Veterans their own private bedroom and bathroom....”

Independence Day Edition 2023

“Now in our tenth year, we have learned a great deal about our brave Veterans who have fallen on hard times. Most notably, the average age of a homeless veteran is 57 years old. Many of our Veterans in this age range have post-combat health challenges and it is not feasible for them to work and earn a livable wage. Housing affordability is different from person to person. We want to do something about this.....”

LVS Impact Report 2022
